Hi Everyone,

Many of you have asked me to publish the recipe to my famous “healthy chocolate.”

As you know, I am a real Dark Chocolate aficionado. I absolutely must have a piece of black chocolate, a few times a week, which gives me a real boost. However, as I am sugar free, for over a year now, I have researched and found a very healthy alternative. It’s always gotta be at least 85 percent cocoa to be healthy in my books. Another option, if you run out of ingredients, is Whittakers 85 percent chocolate or Pana- eighty chocolate. Both are kosher and available Sydney-wide.

I make my own  home-made good quality black chocolate with coconut oil and raw organic cacao powder, at least once a week, (or more if I am really eager), and store it in the refrigerator. Yum!

With thanks to Rebecca Veksler, trainer at Body Express (women’s gym class) for her original recipe advice. I have tweaked the recipe for more crunch and variety.
